The Western-European online dating scene: women seeking love not new citizenship.

When it comes to the international online dating one of the most striking beliefs about Western-European women is that they are desperate about finding a foreign partner to move to another country. I have no idea of who and when has started these rumors but the whole idea of making another person’s citizenship a #1 criteria for attracting women makes me laugh.

But before we get into all of that, let me ask you one question. What comes first, the chicken or the egg? Is it possible to fall in love with the opportunities that the person’s country of residence promises you before you fall in love with the person itself?

I’ve been thinking a lot about the great number of profiles of beautiful Russian and Ukrainian ladies listed on the international dating sites all over the web. What idea are they chasing? So I did some research and found that most of them failed to find their perfect match on local dating websites, so they decided to broaden the search worldwide. By the way, according to the official statistics, in the beginning of 2020 year there were only 886 men per 1000 women in Russia. Why not try to look outside of the country?

Even though there are many fears that most of the Western-European women have due to the historical and cultural legacy of the Soviet nation, they are heading on to learning to trust the World. International dating sites offer these women a safe and friendly place to look behind the iron curtain of their stereotypes and prejudice.

What do people usually do when they decide to change the country of residence: do they register on an international dating website or do they read about the immigrant programs that other countries offer and apply for a Green Card lottery? Why rely on the assistance of the distant foreigner in the world of open opportunities to leave your home country to gain new experience in education and work?

Think about it: marriage emigration is an extremely stressful process that involves building emotional, intimate, sexual and parental relationships when it is necessary to get used not only to a new culture but also to a new partner.

Me like many other Russian and Ukrainian women love Starbucks coffee, Wonderbra, Wrigley Spearmint and dream about driving Tesla car but can I please do it without moving to America?
